HOA AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Reliant can help you maintain the security of your property with on site security officers or motorized patrol. Reliant can also do random or weekly checks for HOA rule compliance such as street parking, unauthorized pool use, garbage cans left out, or any other compliance issues you may have.

HOA RULE COMPLAINTS

STREET PARKING / UNAUTHORIZED PARKING

Reliant can patrol your property as many times a month as you request. A report will be done with each patrol giving you the description of the vehicles, license plate numbers, and address the car was parked in front of. This report can be emailed, faxed or mailed to you. A notice of improper parking can be left on the vehicle and/or a digital photo can be taken at your request. Reliant can run a check on the plate for a small additional cost.

POOL MISUSE

Reliant can check your pool areas for after hours swimming, under age swimmers, or violators of community pool regulations. The person would be asked to leave the pool area and a report of the swimmers information will be sent to you.

OTHER VIOLATIONS

Reliant can also monitor compliance of other CC&R regulations such as garbage cans in improper places, play ground misuse, communal recreation areas, and any other compliance issues you may have.

All the compliance patrols are done by highly trained, uniformed, and licensed security personnel in marked security vehicles. So you have the added benefit of security visibility without the addition cost of a security guard.

VACANT HOMES

With the current market there is a growing concern about the increase of crimes happening in and around un-occupied houses and properties in the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas. Unoccupied buildings and improper lighting are open invitations for vagrants and criminals. Add to this that most people don’t want to know their neighbors or what they are doing. A vagrant can move in and cause thousands of dollars of damage to a property in very little time. This can be in the form of graffiti, physical damage, theft, and biohazards. An un-occupied structure in a “Nice” neighborhood is an inviting place for juvenile or adult drug addicts to use as a recreation area. With it brings the assiosated crimes of assault, burglurary, robbery, and larceny. Worst yet, the use of vacant house for the manufacturing of Methamphetamines is skyrocketing. As a home owner, this can be disheartening at best, and extremely dangerous at worst.

Reliant can provide you with patrol service to check vacant homes to stop these problems before they gain a foot hold on your property.
